Refund Policy
All sales are final.
Every IRON MIND edition is a digital download. Because digital files cannot be returned once delivered, purchases are nonrefundable once completed, except where applicable consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
Why. The moment your order is complete, the full product is delivered to your inbox. There is no way to "send back" a file you already own — so please choose your edition carefully before purchasing.
Your legal rights. Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country or state. Where those laws require a refund, we will honor it.
Technical issues. If a file is corrupted, a download link does not work, or your delivery email never arrives, contact us through the Support page with your order number. We will resolve it promptly by sending working files or a replacement link.
Duplicate or mistaken purchases. If you were charged twice or bought the wrong edition, reach out within 7 days and we will make it right.
